Use photos with permission
Only upload photos and character images you own or are permitted to use. Everyone shown must have agreed to the intended use. Pet images and original cartoon characters must also be yours or properly licensed. Do not impersonate someone or present a generated clip as genuine footage.
Content we prohibit
DuoRiff does not support pornography, explicit nudity, sexual acts, non-consensual intimate images, sexual exploitation, or any sexual content involving children. Do not use the service for threats, harassment, hate, graphic violence, illegal activity, or violating another person's privacy or intellectual property. Do not bypass content restrictions or submit material designed to evade checks.
Processing and enforcement
Generation providers may reject an input or request under their own safety rules. A successful provider response is not permission to distribute prohibited content. We may stop processing or restrict access when needed to address abuse, legal requirements or service security. Confirmed technical generation failures follow our Refund Policy; refunds for restricted or disputed requests are reviewed individually, subject to mandatory legal rights.
Reporting a problem
To report a privacy, rights or content issue, contact support@duoriff.com with the relevant page, order or video identifier and a description. Do not attach prohibited material or send payment-card details. We review reports and may request information needed to verify the issue.
