1. About the service
DuoRiff is a web service for creating a short video from a selected reference-video template and two images supplied by the user. A paid generation is designed to produce an approximately 15-second, 720p video with the original reference soundtrack. Availability, supported inputs, and generation results may vary. DuoRiff does not promise that every request will produce a usable result.
DuoRiff is currently in private testing. Public paid generation is not yet open. When purchases become available, individual purchases and small credit packs are one-time payments, with no recurring subscription or free generation. Review the availability and price shown before purchasing.
2. Accounts and orders
You must provide accurate information needed to operate your account and order, and keep access to the email address associated with your account. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account. Contact support promptly if you believe someone has accessed it without permission.
Prices, the number of generations included, and any applicable tax will be shown before an order is submitted. A purchase is subject to the terms shown by the hosted checkout provider. DuoRiff does not collect your full card number on its own website. One generation credit is reserved when a request is submitted. A confirmed technical failure returns the credit. If submission or processing is still unconfirmed, the existing request is checked before the credit is released or another request is submitted. See the Refund Policy.
3. Your materials and permissions
You retain whatever rights you already hold in the reference video, images, and other materials you submit. You must have the rights and permissions needed to submit them and to request their processing for this service. Do not upload material that violates another person's rights, privacy, or applicable law, or that you are not authorized to use.
You authorize DuoRiff and the service providers used to operate generation to receive, store, transmit, and process your submitted materials and the resulting video only as needed to provide, protect, and support the service. This operational permission does not transfer ownership of your materials to DuoRiff.
4. Generated results
Generated videos are produced by automated systems and may be inaccurate, unexpected, incomplete, or similar to material generated for others. You are responsible for reviewing a result before using or sharing it. DuoRiff does not guarantee that a result is original, free of third-party rights, suitable for a particular purpose, or authorized for commercial use. Your right to use any result depends on applicable law and the terms and rights that apply to the inputs, model, and generation route. DuoRiff makes no promise that an upstream provider grants commercial, promotional, or resale rights.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use the service to violate law or another person's rights; to submit content without required permission; to deceive, harass, threaten, or exploit a person; to create or distribute unlawful or non-consensual material; to interfere with the service or its security; or to evade purchase, credit, or access controls. DuoRiff may suspend processing or access when reasonably necessary to address abuse, security issues, legal requirements, or service integrity.
6. Availability and changes
The service depends on third-party hosting, storage, checkout, and generation services. Outages, delays, or provider changes may affect availability. DuoRiff may modify or discontinue a feature. If a change materially affects a paid order, contact support so the order can be reviewed under the Refund Policy and applicable law.
7. Refunds
Refund eligibility is described in the separate Refund Policy. In summary, within seven days of purchase, unused credits are eligible for a refund calculated using the actual per-credit price of the original order. Confirmed generation failures first return the credit; if the failure cannot be resolved, a refund may be available. Successfully generated credits are normally non-refundable. These rules do not limit rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

The separate Privacy Policy explains what information is handled to operate the service, which providers process it, and the current retention rules for uploaded and generated media.
