1. Scope
This policy describes information handled when you use DuoRiff at duoriff.com, including account, order, uploaded-media, and generated-video information. It does not establish privacy practices for third-party websites or services that have their own policies.
2. Information handled
Depending on how you use the service, DuoRiff and its providers may handle:
- Account details, including the email address you provide and account identifiers.
- Order and payment-status details needed to provide purchases, credits, refunds, accounting, and support. The hosted checkout provider processes payment details; DuoRiff does not collect your full card number on its own website.
- The reference-video template you select and the two images you submit, generation settings or instructions, and the resulting video.
- Technical and operational information needed to deliver and protect the service, such as request, storage, error, and security records. The exact fields and retention period for these records remain under review.
- Messages you send to support.
Please do not upload sensitive personal information unless it is necessary and you have the right to do so.
3. How information is used
Information is used to create and deliver requested videos; manage accounts, orders, credits, and refunds; store and provide access to media; respond to support requests; maintain service security and reliability; and meet applicable legal and accounting requirements. Generation providers process the submitted images and reference video. Their own terms may govern provider-held copies. We do not promise that provider-held copies are excluded from training or deleted under our storage schedule.
4. Service providers
DuoRiff uses Cloudflare Workers, D1, and R2 for application, database, and media-storage functions. Submitted inputs are sent to MixToken for upstream generation processing. Subotiz hosts checkout. Automated content screening may send uploaded images or generated videos to Replicate; see Replicate’s privacy policy. DuoRiff does not collect full card numbers on its own website; the checkout provider handles payment details under its own arrangements and policies.
These providers may process information to perform services for DuoRiff or under their own applicable terms. The exact upstream generation provider and the applicable use, retention, deletion, and training rules for provider-held copies have not been confirmed. This policy does not represent that provider copies are deleted on DuoRiff's schedule or are excluded from training.
5. Media retention and deletion
User-uploaded images and generated video files are subject to a 30-day access period measured from each object's upload time. Service-owned reference templates and homepage examples are maintained separately and are not subject to this user-media expiry rule. DuoRiff's R2 lifecycle rules are configured to expire uploads and results after 30 days. Physical deletion may occur later than the expiry time and can be delayed during lifecycle-rule changes. Accordingly, access is intended to end at 30 days; physical deletion timing can vary.
Necessary order and payment records are kept separately from media and may be retained for accounting, dispute handling, security, or legal obligations. This policy does not promise deletion of copies retained by MixToken or another generation provider; their retention and deletion rules remain unconfirmed.
6. Sharing and disclosures
Information is shared with the providers described above to operate checkout, storage, and generation. It may also be disclosed when required by law or when reasonably needed to protect the service, users, or others. Providers may process data outside your country under their applicable arrangements. Contact us if you need more information before submitting personal images.
7. Your requests
For a privacy question or request concerning your account or media, email support@duoriff.com from the account email where possible and identify the relevant order or file. We will review requests subject to identity checks, technical capability, necessary transaction-record retention, and applicable law. We will respond in accordance with applicable requirements.
8. Children and cookies
The service uses cookies for sign-in and session security, and local browser storage for recovering generation state. Do not upload intimate images or use the service to exploit children. Any photo of another person requires the necessary permission. See our Content Policy.
9. Changes and contact
We may update this policy by publishing a revised version and its updated date. Material changes will be communicated as required. Privacy questions: support@duoriff.com.
